Day 186, went for run with buddies 3.8km followed by crunches, lunges forward and backward, pike crunches, squats, halasan, dhanurasan, burpees, bridge, jumping Jacks and many more excercise done along with stretching exercises. Feeling low as I wanted to go for a long run but time constraints. Managed to excercise and get back to normal. No sugar and still going strong.
