I have just been diagnosed with a thyroid tumour (unknown if its benign yet) and will be having a left sided thyroidectomy in the next few weeks. Can people give me any advice on recovery times etc and what to expect, my consultant endo has answered lots of questions but its always better to get advice from people who have experienced the same.
