Fan Question

TMI for sure! But im in need of some help! I'm having terrible upper stomach pain, like cramps. I had diarrhea super bad as well but I took some medicine. I've only thrown up once, I made myself. Nothing is working, the pain won't go away.. any suggestions on what to do or what it could be? formal items to wear that still look sexy
