I made a vow to drop 15 pounds before March 2018. But when my sister asked me to be one of her Diva of Honors last year I had to get started. Needless to say God gave me the strength, and will power and Boom!!! Did the 10 day detox two weeks before the wedding, and drop 12 pounds in 10 days, lost 2 inches in the waist and my dress had to be altered and it fitted like a glove! Oh yeah and my skin is glowing with minimum makeup! Want he do it!! Body was straight snatched ! Mag 07 you did that ! pushing through and going to the gym when I didn't feel like it drop waist wedding dress ?
