SPAGHETTI CHICKEN MEATBALLS

A great alternative to beef or pork. The onion and garlic is first caramelised in butter for a sweeter more mellow taste. De-glazed with a little white wine, some Napolitana (Marinara) sauce 'see my recipe under sauces' with fresh basil and grated Parmesan cheese. Make extra as you'll need seconds!
