Let's talk about healthy hips! Have you ever felt a pinching sensation in the front of your hips when you step forward into a lunge? Or sore hips after practice? For some bodies, the traditional alignment of knee pointing straight forwards isn't ideal. So, here's an option to try. The leg goes out to the side a little as it comes forward. Here I'm taking knee to tricep instead of knee to nose. Stepping up, the toes and knee turn slightly outwards - externally rotating.
